We support standard kids', single-speed and geared bicycles. E-bike and specialised-cycle suitability is confirmed before dispatch.
What if a repair needs workshop equipment?

Are spare parts included, and when do I pay?
Parts are additional and fitted only after approval. Payment is collected after service; UPI is preferred.
How should I make payment?
All bookings, approvals and payments must be made through DoneNow’s official channels. Please do not make payments directly to the technician.
Payments made directly to technicians are not recorded by DoneNow and may void any service warranty or support associated with the booking.
For any additional repair or spare-part cost, the technician will inform DoneNow and we will confirm the amount with you before proceeding.
