Bannerghatta Road FAQ
Before you send a request
Can you visit my apartment complex?
DoneNow can provide doorstep repair at homes and apartment communities along the corridor, subject to technician availability.
Do you repair geared bicycles?
Yes. We can handle common gear adjustment, tuning and related bicycle issues on geared cycles and hybrids.
How is availability confirmed?
After you send a request, we review the repair details and confirm technician availability before arranging a visit.
Do you cover the whole of Bannerghatta Road?
Not uniformly. It is a long corridor, so we confirm coverage against your PIN code instead of claiming the entire road.
How should I pay for the repair?
Pay DoneNow after the job is complete, through the channel we confirm with you. Paying a technician directly is outside our records, so we cannot apply the 48-hour retune support to it.
